Cookie Policy
1. Scope
This policy covers cookies, local or session storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on the huechat.ai marketing site and its consent-controlled conversion page. The authenticated HueChat application also uses essential session and security storage described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Categories and legal basis

You can accept, reject, or choose individual optional services. Analytics and Marketing are optional and are not required to use the core Service. We do not use pre-ticked optional choices or treat continued browsing as consent.
3. Current cookies, storage, and vendors
The live inventory below is generated from the same CookieChimp configuration used by the banner. It identifies the service, purpose, and stated lifetime. A vendor may change a technical cookie name; we rescan and update the inventory when the site changes.
4. Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share
You can reopen this control at any time from the permanent footer link or CookieChimp floating icon. Saving a new choice applies immediately to future collection. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully completed. Browser deletion can remove the stored choice, in which case the banner will ask again.
HueChat recognizes Global Privacy Control. When your browser sends GPC, Marketing, Meta and TikTok events, and other targeted-advertising events are denied even if an older preference said otherwise. We do not sell personal data for money; this control also covers disclosures that applicable US law may call sharing or targeted advertising.
5. Before consent and JavaScript-disabled visits
Non-essential GTM, Google Analytics, Clarity, Meta and TikTok scripts, and conversion events are blocked before the relevant affirmative choice. HueChat does not include tracking <noscript> pixels, so disabling JavaScript cannot bypass the consent tool. Essential website requests and the consent widget may still load.
6. Retention and international processing
Cookie and storage lifetimes appear in the live inventory. Consent is refreshed when the configured consent period expires. Provider event records may be retained under the provider's disclosed settings and privacy terms. Optional collection stops after withdrawal, and storage is cleared where technically supported or expires at the stated time.
CookieChimp and optional Google, Microsoft, Meta, and TikTok services may process data outside Saudi Arabia. The Privacy Policy explains recipients, locations, and the contractual and technical safeguards used for cross-border processing.
