Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HueChat ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent. These Terms form an agreement with Altajriba aldhatiya Company For Communications and Information Technology. If you lack authority or do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service and customer responsibilities

HueChat provides a unified customer-communication platform, connected messaging, AI assistants, automation, analytics, and collaboration tools. You decide which features and providers to enable and remain responsible for your content, instructions, lawful notices and permissions, marketing opt-ins, channel-provider rules, and the accuracy of automated or AI-assisted communications. HueChat is not a substitute for a sector-specific authorization, professional advice, or a separately required regulated-services agreement.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, use appropriate access controls, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity by users you authorize and for removing access when it is no longer needed.

4. Subscription and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase.
We will give at least 30 days' notice of a material price change for a renewing paid plan.
Refund eligibility is shown at purchase; unless a different mandatory rule applies, a new subscription may be cancelled for a refund within its first 14 days.
An overdue account may be suspended after seven days of non-payment, subject to required notice.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to send unlawful spam or unsolicited messages; violate privacy, consumer, channel, intellectual-property, or export laws; access another account without authorization; distribute malware; evade safeguards or limits; or reverse engineer the Service except where law expressly permits it.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your content and grant HueChat the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, and support it under your instructions. HueChat and its licensors retain rights in the Service, software, design, documentation, logos, and trademarks.

7. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing and our Cookie Policy explains website storage and tracking. Essential processing needed to provide or secure the Service is separate from optional Analytics and Marketing. Refusing or withdrawing optional cookie consent, or enabling Global Privacy Control, does not prevent use of the core Service and does not waive any term. The permanent Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share control is available in the footer.

8. Service availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable Service and publish operational information at status.huechat.ai. Maintenance, emergencies, provider failures, security needs, and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Any separate written service-level agreement controls if it conflicts with this section.

9. Suspension, termination, and data return

Either party may terminate as allowed by the selected plan or written order. We may suspend access to address security, abuse, legal risk, or non-payment. After termination, request any needed export promptly through support. Verified data-return and deletion requests follow the support process described in the Privacy Policy, which confirms the available scope and timing; limited billing, tax, security, dispute, legal-hold, and backup records may remain for their required periods.

10. Third-party services and AI outputs

Connected channels, payment services, AI providers, and other third parties have their own terms and availability. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before decisions or communications where errors could cause harm. HueChat is not responsible for a third party's independent service, but this does not remove obligations HueChat has under applicable law.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without implied warranties not stated in a signed agreement. HueChat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify HueChat against third-party claims arising from your unlawful content, instructions, messaging practices, or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by HueChat.

13. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Riyadh unless mandatory law requires otherwise. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before a material adverse change where practicable or legally required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
